We are continuing our European expansion by setting up a French subsidiary based in Paris, a British subsidiary based in Nottingham, a German subsidiary and now a Spanish subsidiary.We are looking for a motivated professional to play a key role in the development and growth of Airpelago in Spain.ResponsibilitiesAs project manager, you will be the guarantor of the operational excellence that has built our reputation, and the main point of contact for the clients you are responsible for. Alongside the Director of Southern European Operations based in Paris, you will be responsible for the power line inspection projects we carry out on behalf of electricity grid operators in Spain.Your responsibilities include the following:Project managementPlan the project, in collaboration with the technical teams in Sweden and the drone pilots in the country concerned by the project,



to meet the technical specifications and the client's scheduling constraintsEnsure compliance with the standards and procedures put in place by AirpelagoEnsure the operational and financial monitoring of the project and propose corrective actions when necessarySet up smooth reporting mechanisms for the client and Airpelago's internal teams (Sales, Product, etc.)Provide support to the drone pilots deployed by Airpelago in the field and propose actions to improve their performance and their day-to-day working conditionsOrganize logistics to ensure that drone pilots have the equipment they need to deliver inspection services to the clientPromote a culture of workplace safety and standards compliance within the organization and its service providers (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Regulatory complianceStay informed and up to date on the latest drone regulations in the countries where projects take place, in order to guarantee the regulatory compliance of all our operationsWork closely with regulatory bodies to anticipate and help shape the evolution of drone regulationsBe the main point of contact for local aviation authorities and other airspace operators used by our pilotsRequired skillsAn interest in project management in an industrial contextExperience in project management involving the deployment of operations in an industrial contextFluent in Spanish and EnglishEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt in a dynamic environmentProficiency with technology tools and platformsExcellent communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of aviation and drone-related technologies and regulations is a plusWhat We OfferA competitive fixed salaryAn office in central Madrid with the possibility of remote work 2 days/weekThe opportunity to lead groundbreaking drone deployment technology projects in several European countriesCoaching from our technical and operational expert teams based in France, Sweden, England, and GermanyRapid growth in responsibilitiesFrequent travel in Spain and Europe
