The Role: Flexible, On-Demand Operational Support
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Spain to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

This is a freelance, on-demand engagement.
Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g., specific days for shipments, inventory checks).
There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours.
You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/FedEx.
Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records.
On-Site Troubleshooting & Support:



Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
You Are a Great Fit If You:
Have excellent availability and flexibility for sporadic, pre-scheduled assignments.
Are highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
Have strong organizational and communication skills.
Have prior experience in logistics, administration, or support roles (a plus, but not mandatory).
