About HYPE HYPE is a fast-growing international functional products company operating across Energy Drinks and Nutrition. We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded In-House Legal Counsel to provide practical legal support across the business. The In-House Legal Counsel acts as a trusted advisor to Management and the CEO, to align legal advice with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Corporate Law * Act as the company’s primary legal advisor across all business functions. * Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution, manufacturing, supply, licensing, consultancy, sponsorship, marketing, logistics, confidentiality and service agreements. * Support and negotiate international commercial transactions and cross-border business deals. * Partner with internal teams and international stakeholders to provide practical legal advice and facilitate general business operations. * Identify legal risks and provide commercially sound, business-oriented solutions.



International Legal & Compliance * Support HYPE’s international operations across multiple jurisdictions. * Coordinate and manage external legal counsel and international advisors to ensure timely, practical and commercially focused legal support. * Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. * Support dispute resolution, employment-related legal matters, data protection and other legal issues together with external specialists where required. Intellectual Property * Manage HYPE’s global trademark portfolio, including registrations, renewals, oppositions and enforcement. * Coordinate with external trademark attorneys and oversee the maintenance, protection and strategic development of the company’s intellectual property portfolio. * Advise on trademarks, copyright, licensing and brand protection matters.
