Supply Planning Manager

About the role

As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability across the Iberian business while balancing inventory investment, working capital, and service levels.
You will lead the supply planning process, manage a team of Procurement Agents, and play a key role in aligning Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations to ensure the right stock is available at the right time.
This position is idóneo for an experienced planning professional who combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative leadership style and is ready to take ownership of a critical business function within an international company.

Key responsibilities

Supply Planning & Inventory Management

Lead the end-to-end supply planning process across the business
Develop purchasing and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities
Ensure optimal stock availability while controlling inventory investment
Define and manage safety stock policies, reorder points and service levels




Monitor inventory turnover and drive actions to reduce excess and obsolete stock
Lead and coach a team of 2 Procurement Agents
Support decision-making through inventory and supply chain analysis

Demand Planning & Business Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product Management and Customer Service teams to understand demand trends and market changes
Challenge forecasts and identify risks and opportunities proactively
Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and planning processes
Participate in monthly planning and business review meetings
Align supply priorities with commercial objectives and customer requirements

Supply Chain Coordination

Manage supplier replenishment activities and purchase order execution
Monitor supplier lead times, product availability and replenishment performance
Identify supply risks and implement mitigation actions
Coordinate inbound logistics activities with suppliers and logistics partners
