✅ General Description

The PPA & Energy Origination Specialist will be responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing long-term energy contracts, including PPAs and structured power agreements, with the aim of maximizing the commercial value of Finerge’s renewable energy portfolio.
Acting as a key interface between the Energy Management, Finance and Legal teams and external counterparties,



the role will contribute to optimizing asset monetization while balancing risk, pricing competitiveness and portfolio stability.

The position will play a key role in shaping portfolio revenues by originating and securing bankable energy contracts, optimizing revenue streams and managing market exposure through structured energy deals.

✅ Main Accountabilities

Establish and manage relationships with off-takers, including utilities, corporates, traders and industrial consumers.
Originate and develop commercial opportunities for renewable energy supply, aligned with portfolio strategy and growth targets.
Structure, negotiate and execute Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other medium- and long-term structured energy contracts.
Develop and maintain a strong origination pipeline, including short-term hedges and structured products.
Structure and negotiate Guarantees of Origin (GOs) sales a
