Romanian‑Speaking Content Moderator – Porto, Portugal (Relocation Included)
We are currently hiring Romanian‑speaking professionals for a full‑time, on‑site Content Moderation role within an international digital platform environment. Relocation support is provided.
Responsibilities
Review and moderate user‑generated content such as videos, posts, and ads.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content.
Maintain quality and accuracy standards.
Salary & Benefits
€1,000 gross salary, paid 14 months per year.
Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day.
Welcome bonus paid monthly during the first year.
Health insurance – free after six months, effective from day one.

Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months).
Assistance with local documentation (NIF, NISS).
Onboarding assistance.
Working Schedule
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Two days off per week.
Requirements
Romanian language: C1/C2 (native or fluent).
English: B2 level or higher.
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization.
Availability to relocate to Porto.
Emotional resilience and ability to work in a structured environment; exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
