ResponsibilitiesLead the engagement to understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.Conduct workshops with large and medium general/local organizations to analyze requirements for accounting, procurement‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, banking and settlements, business assets, and financial reporting.Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform while representing the "voice of the customer" and keeping end‑user needs central in design and deployment decisions.Provide status reports, keep the Engagement Manager informed of overall project status, and ensure delivery of assigned work.Offer subject‑matter expertise on key business process decisions related to industry and functional areas.Support Workday operations by suggesting monitoring, recommending best practices, identifying improvement metrics, and enforcing data and process standards.Actively contribute to the Workday Community, share expertise, request enhancements,



and participate in user groups.QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (MBA desirable).Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial statements (balance sheet, P&L;, cash flow).Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and consultative skills.Ability to work creatively and analytically, prioritizing problem solving.Constant desire to acquire knowledge and enthusiasm for teamwork.Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).Experience in Workday implementation is preferred but entry‑level candidates are welcome.Location / TravelMadrid, Spain.
