We are currently recruiting a Value Creation Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Build andmaintain financial models and valuationsto support business planpreparation, investment decisions, and other shareholder strategic decisions
Prepare DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysestoevaluate project and portfolio performance under a range of scenarios.
Conduct marketand competitive researchto identify opportunities and benchmarkpositioning
Create and summarize findings of modelling analysisby populatingstrategy presentations, reporting dashboards and executive reportsandpresentations for management & the Board of Directors.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams – including finance, investments and M&A; andoperations - to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
Support long-term investment strategyand portfoliooptimisation initiatives, quantifying and understanding trade offs and riskassessment as part of a global portfolio.
Monitormarket trends, regulatory developments and industry dynamics to ensureproposalsremain relevant and competitive.
Take initiative and ownership on additional tasks as assigned, and lookfor continuous improvement opportunities at all times.
Education & Certifications




Bachelor’s degree or higher in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a similar field. Alternative Engineering withexperience in Finance
Excellent English languageskills(written and spoken)C1 levelis a must. Additional languages are a plus
Experience & Technical Skills
3–5 yearsof experience in investment banking, boutique M&A;, valuations team, corporate finance, privateequity, or a similar analytical role.
Strong financial modelling skills and solidunderstanding of valuation methodologies(DCF,LBO, multiples, etc)
Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is aplus.
Proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency withPowerPoint to produce for executive-level deliverables.
Problem-solving oriented and strong analytical skills - naturally curious and inquisitive in undertandingprojects and the business to be able to model outputs appropriately.
Outstanding interpersonal and communicationskills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-pacedenvironmentwith shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure in a global organisation across multiple timezones.
Excellent attention to detail.
