As a Maintenance Engineer, you will act as a technical expert supporting electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations at our Alcantarilla site.## What you’ll do* Act as a technical specialist in maintenance, providing expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.* Develop, evaluate, and maintain maintenance plans and technical criteria for industrial equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.* Assess the feasibility and technical soundness of equipment, materials, and solutions where data is limited or validation through testing is required.* Participate in the development of design plans, technical proposals,



and feasibility studies related to plant improvements and asset reliability.* Contribute significantly to the resolution of complex maintenance and operational issues.* Coordinate closely with cross‐functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS, to ensure effective execution.* Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to equipment upgrades, process enhancements, and new or modified maintenance methods.## What you’ll bring* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).* Solid experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or production environments.* Ability to act as a technical reference and collaborate effectively across departments.* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.* Clear and effective communication skills in a technical setting.We are a general leader in taste, sc
