Koalendar is looking for a hands-on Senior SEO Lead to work with us part-time, at least 20 hours per week, and help turn organic search into a stronger revenue growth engine.

The challenge is not simply adding more pages. We already have strong SEO foundations. The focus is mostly on BOFU and MOFU SEO, optimizing and improving what already exists, and connecting search demand to qualified sign-ups, activated users, customers, and MRR.
The adecuado person is senior but execution-oriented: able to audit existing pages, improve them directly, identify semantic and topic-cluster gaps, run SEO experiments using GrowthBoo (or similar tool) and build a practical roadmap tied to growth.
Experience with international SEO is highly valued, especially in France and Germany. Experience improving visibility and traffic from LLMs / AI search is a strong plus.

What you’ll own

Lead Koalendar’s international SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, internal linking, search intent, localization, and conversion-focused SEO.
Focus mainly on BOFU and MOFU opportunities, not broad TOFU traffic.




Improve and scale pages that capture users with clear scheduling intent, including alternative pages, industry pages, use-case pages, pricing-related pages, templates, and tools.
Own Koalendar’s AI search visibility strategy, increasing brand mentions, citations, and qualified traffic from LLMs and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI search.
Review already implemented on-page SEO tactics across industry pages, alternative/comparison pages, localized pages, templates, and tools.
Identify gaps in semantic coverage, topic clusters, internal linking, and search intent.
Build SEO roadmaps based on business impact, not only search volume.
Work closely with product, CRO, paid acquisition, and analytics to understand which SEO pages generate sign-ups, booking pages created, bookings created, customers, and MRR.
