What You'll Be Doing
This role focuses on lead qualification and lead generation.



You'll reach out to homeowners by phone to assess their interest in working with the platform, identify potential opportunities, and encourage suitable homeowners to register on the clients platform. You may work with both warm and cold leads, as well as leads from a client-provided database.
Prequalify leads based on set criteria to determine whether they are a good fit for the platform
Reach out to homeowners via phone to inquire about their interest in working with the platform
Ask qualifying questions and identify potential vacation rental partnership opportunities
Encourage suitable homeowners to register on the clients platform
Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for further follow-up and conversion
Manage and update the client-provided database accurately and efficiently
Record all interactions, lead information, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM/database
Manage multiple leads and follow-ups in an organized and timely manner
Work collaboratively with Sales Ma
