You will be based in our office on Diagonal and work closely with hiring managers across different teams and locations.This is a hands-on internal recruitment role with ownership of the full hiring process, from identifying and approaching candidates to interviews, offers and onboarding.With us, you willManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer management and salary negotiationsProactively source and approach candidates for open positions across different functions and seniority levels, using a combination of headhunting, direct sourcing and relevant recruitment channelsManage the recruitment of IT and technical profiles, working closely with technical hiring managers throughout the selection processPartner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, define candidate profiles and keep hiring processes structured and moving forwardCreate and update job descriptions and ensure vacancies are advertised through the most relevant job boards, social media and sourcing channelsManage and continuously improve our recruitment tools and processes, with a focus on keeping hiring efficient,
