The Role
We're looking for a skilled Data Center Technician in Albacete, Spain to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
Server rack installation and decommissioning
Cross-connect and patch panel management
Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
Visual inspections and inventory audits
Escort and access coordination for client visits
Emergency response and on-call availability
Requirements




Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure
Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards
Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment
Versátil availability including weekends/holidays for urgent requests
Nice to Have
Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA
Experience at major DC providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, CyrusOne)
Structured cabling expertise (fiber, Cat6, DAC)
