What You’ll Do
Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.
Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.
Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.
Be the go‑to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.
What We’re Looking For
Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database).
Mindset: Solution‑driven, goal‑oriented,



and adaptable to changing priorities.
Experience: Prior customer service or contact centre experience is valued.
Location Flexibility: Ability to work on‑site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
