Accounting & Financial Reporting
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and all accounting sub-processes (AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury accounting, provisions, reconciliations).
Supervise the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports, ensuring timeliness and high-quality standards.
Compliance, Controls & Audit
Ensure strong internal controls consistent with audit standards and banking regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, coordinating deliverables and implementing recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of regulatory requirements affecting financial and accounting processes.
Systems Integration & Transformation Initiatives
Lead and contribute to system integration projects, including data migration,



process harmonization, system upgrades, ERP implementations, and connections with core banking platforms.
Partner closely with IT and business teams to map accounting flows, validate data integrity, and ensure seamless interaction between financial systems.
Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reporting quality.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Technology.
Support strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and financial expertise.
