OLX is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with Managers and HR team to drive the people agenda aligned with business goals. You will advise senior leaders, coach managers, and influence people-related decisions across multiple locations in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
The role requires 7–10 years in HR, including at least 4 years as HR Business Partner, strong English, and experience with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work model with three days in the office is offered.
