We are looking for an experienced Commis Cook to join the team at SLS Barcelona.
Job Description
Assist in menu preparation, kitchen organization and production.
Work within a team to ensure menu prep is done according to the guidelines set by Sous Chef.
Assist with the storage, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the required standards.
Ensure smooth operations, timely orders and deliveries, and high food hygiene standards.
Pay attention to details to ensure every dish served meets quality expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience working as part of a similar sized kitchen team.
Passion for food and a love for the restaurant’s particular flavors.
Positive attitude and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and team.




Strong organization and attention to detail.
