You'll work in an international environment where collaboration, continuous improvement and smart digital solutions matter.What you will do:Establish a solid in-house VAT compliance processOversee and coordinate day-to-day VAT compliance activities across multiple European jurisdictionsEnsure timely and accurate preparation, review and submission of VAT returns and indirect tax filingsCollaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury and other internal stakeholders on VAT-related mattersTranslate complex VAT requirements into practical processes, controls and system improvementsDrive automation, digital reporting and VAT technology initiatives such as e-invoicing and real-time reportingSupport VAT audits, inspections and tax authority requests while identifying and mitigating VAT risksWhat you bring & who you are:Several years (3-5) of experience in VAT compliance, ideally within an international accounting firm or an in-house tax environmentStrong knowledge of VAT reporting processes and ERP systems,



especially SAP; experience with BC365 is a plusAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with accounting and transactional dataStructured and analytical approach with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearlyCollaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork skillsFluent English skills; ideally, you also speak German or another European languageAbout the team: You'll join an international and collaborative team that values trust, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
