For this role, you'll be supporting 123inkt, one of the most trusted e-commerce brands in the Netherlands for printers, cartridges and office supplies.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the person customers rely on when they need help. Whether they have a question about an order, a delivery, or finding the right product, you're there to provide a smooth and positive experience every time.

What will you actually do?

- Help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

- Answer questions about orders, deliveries, products and returns

- Find quick and customer-friendly solutions

- Guide customers to the right products when they need advice





- Work together with different teams to solve customer requests efficiently

- Make sure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped

- Every interaction is an opportunity to create a great customer experience.

- Are a native Dutch speaker

Requirements

- Native Dutch speaker

- Good level of English

- Available to work on-site in Valencia
