Provides interview preparation and coaching to candidates who applied for mid- to senior-level roles, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
Communicates effectively with the team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Professional Talent Solutions.
Assists in initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
