In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production process for photo, video, and hybrid content—owning timelines, budgets, talent coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief. You will serve as the operational backbone of shoots, keeping creative teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and workflows running efficiently. The adecuado candidate is a natural problem‑solver who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple concurrent productions, and has experience coordinating complex content projects in a studio environment.Key job responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end production management for assigned projects—from brief intake through delivery—across photography, video, and hybrid content workstreamsBuild and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans across studio bays and stagesCoordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models) including booking, briefing, and on-set managementManage production budgets, track spend against allocated POs, and flag overruns earlyServe as the primary point of contact between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operational support throughout the production lifecycleRegister and maintain projects in centralized tool, ensuring accurate data entry, allocation tracking, and status updatesFacilitate pre-production meetings, creative kick-offs, and post-production reviewsManage asset delivery pipelines—ensuring content is processed, QC’d, and delivered to downstream teams on time and to specCoordinate with Ops, Facilities,

If you thrive in a studio environment where no two days are the same and innovation is the norm, this is the team for you.Basic QualificationsExperience with multimedia content creation, or experience with project managementExperience coordinating cross‑functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing prioritiesKnowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPointExperience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentExperience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences,
