Cooking complex dishes

following standard recipes

Masterfully managing the griddle temperature

for different types of food.

Performing skill tricks with utensils

(knives, spatulas, salt shakers).

Interacting charismatically with diners

throughout the entire cooking process.

Maintaining a cooking rhythm

that keeps the customer engaged and entertained.

Keeping the teppan area impeccable

before, during, and after service.

Strictly complying with food safety regulations

(temperature management, cross-contamination).

Analyzing customer survey results
