When timing really matters, our customers rely on us to deliver.We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Barcelona.This is a varied role with a strong focus on daily logistics operations, combined with customer and supplier coordination, data management and financial administration. You will be part of the team making sure that shipments are handled correctly, customers receive the service they expect and our operational processes run efficiently.What You'll Be DoingEvery day is different. You'll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of shipments, supporting customers and logistics partners and making sure that everything stays on track.At the same time, you will help us maintain the accuracy of our operational and financial data – from checking supplier costs to managing the customer invoicing.You'll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Customer Service and Finance and gain a broad understanding of how an international logistics business works.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsSupport and coordinate day-to-day logistics operationsCoordinate shipments from booking through to deliveryMonitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or operational issuesAct as a point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding day-to-day operational queriesCoordinate with transport providers,



warehouses and other logistics partnersVerify shipment data, cargo acceptance and warehouse-related processesProcess returns and import shipmentsEnsure that operational information and documentation are complete and accurateSupport the team in maintaining efficient and reliable operational processesProcess & AdministrationMaintain and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Ensure data quality and consistency across operational systemsSupport compliance and documentation requirementsIdentify operational issues and contribute ideas for smarter and more efficient processesFinancial & Data SupportManaging the customer invoicing processReview and verify invoices and costs from transport and logistics partnersMonitor operational costs and revenuesIdentify discrepancies and coordinate their resolutionMaintain an overview of relevant expendituresPrepare regular operational and financial KPIs and reportsWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to be a logistics expert from day one. We are looking for the right mindset as much as experience.Ideally, You BringFirst experience in logistics, transport or supply chain – through previous employment, an internship, apprenticeship or similar experienceA genuine interest in how logistics operations workGood organisational skills and an eye for detailA structured and independent way of workingThe ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when things get busyConfidence in communicating with customers, suppliers and colleaguesA basic understanding of invoicing,
