WAREHOUSE MANAGER – BARBERÀ DEL VALLÈSWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Barberà del Vallès.The idóneo candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong experience in warehouse organization, order preparation, stock control, goods reception and shipment management.Main ResponsibilitiesOrganize and supervise the daily activities of the warehousePrepare, check and coordinate customer ordersEnsure orders are prepared accurately and within the required deadlinesOrganize the storage, layout and optimization of the warehouseReceive incoming goods and verify quantities, condition and documentationManage stock entries, stock exits and internal stock movementsCarry out regular stock counts and inventoriesInvestigate and resolve stock discrepanciesPrepare, verify and manage packing lists and shipping documentationCoordinate the packing, labeling and preparation of outgoing shipmentsEnsure products are correctly stored, identified and easily accessibleCoordinate deliveries and collections with transport companies when requiredMonitor warehouse supplies and anticipate replenishment needsMaintain accurate warehouse and inventory recordsUse stock management systems, ERP software or Excel to maintain accurate informationEnsure proper traceability of products and shipmentsOrganize warehouse priorities according to customer orders and deadlinesSupervise loading and unloading operations when necessaryMake sure all warehouse procedures are followed correctlyMaintain a clean, safe and well-organized working environmentEnsure compliance with warehouse safety and internal proceduresIdentify operational problems and propose improvementsImprove warehouse processes,
