The organization prioritizes innovation and excellence, offering a collaborative environment to support career growth and employee development.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development the Leadership & Talent Development portfolio as part of a team of Leadership and Talent Development experts and in close collaboration with Market Unit COEs.Design and deliver impactful Leadership & Talent Development programs aligned with the organization's strategy, using cutting-edge instructional approaches and a strong focus on measurable development outcomes.Continuously enhance Leadership & Talent Development programs by evaluating their effectiveness, integrating best practices,
