Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Writer to lead the creation and management of technical documentation for key products (RTU, T300/Janus, T500). The objective is to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and sustainable documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation (manuals, guides, FAQs, release notes).
Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA and technical support.
Define and improve documentation standards and processes.
Manage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, publishing, updates).
Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to generate, structure, and optimize content.
Improve documentation to reduce support incidents.
Ensure consistency across products.
Support functional testing activities to inform documentation creation and ensure alignment with real product behavior.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in tech environments.
Experience documenting software, hardware, or industrial systems (RTU/SCADA is a plus).
Strong technical writing skills in English.
Experience in modern tools (OpenAPI, MkDocs/Docusaurus, AI‑assisted authoring) to streamline content creation, enforce quality standards, and maintain alignment between code and documentation.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Hands‑on experience using AI tools for documentation tasks (content generation, structuring, review).
Soft skills: autonomy, attention to detail, strong communication, and continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience with RTU, SCADA, or industrial/telecontrol systems.
Experience in designing and implementing automated technical documentation pipelines (Docs‑as‑Code, API generation, CI/CD integration) ensuring accurate, versioned, and continuously updated content.
Experience bringing documentation in‑house from external vendors.
Exposure to testing practices (QA collaboration, exploratory testing).
English: C1 level.
