Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP SFSF ECP (SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients. You will work closely with HR teams to understand their payroll processes and ensure that payroll systems are configured to meet their needs effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP solutions to align with client payroll requirementsCollaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for payroll processingConduct system testing, provide user training, and support end-users during the implementation phaseTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll runsStay abreast of industry best practices and changes in regulations that may impact payroll complianceMaintain accurate documentation for all configurations, processes,



and procedures related to ECP payrollProvide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ECP payroll solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systemsIn-depth knowledge of payroll processes and best practices in the SAP environmentStrong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issuesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team membersAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlinesExperience with integration of ECP payroll with other HR modules is preferredSAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plusBenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
