What You’ll Do
Lead the financial design and modeling of new business opportunities, creating robust financial models and business cases
Apply diverse pricing methodologies to align with strategic goals and maximize value
Analyze client budgets and forecasts to establish financial baselines and identify cost structures and savings opportunities
Prepare and present financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
Represent deal financials in internal approval forums and collaborate with senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Financial professional with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, and a proven track record in corporate financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, MBA, CIMA,



or ACA are a plus).
1–3 years of experience in finance-related roles such as audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial finance.
Proficiency in US GAAP and financial modeling (Excel), with a solid grasp of key financial and accounting concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, budgeting).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; detail-oriented and self-driven.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments and management levels.
Analytical mindset, but engaging communication style.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in a global, multicultural setting. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
Flexibility to support remote teams and travel as needed based on project requirements.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong interest in pricing and deal strategy.
