Lead business transformation and process readiness for deployment
Align business with core processes, support change management, and secure deployment success.
Key activities:
Ensure business pre-requisites at sites
Drive transformation with site managers
Prepare and animate Fit-to-Standard workshops
Coordinate with Technical consultants / TPO
Support Go-Live & post-Go-Live
Capture & share best practices
Expected skills: Business Process Expertise, Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Training Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Domain expertise, Drive & Leadership in transformation, coordination with IT teams
