Responsibilities
Provide generalist support to the team across multiple areas (business, e-commerce, operations and coordination)
Assist in market research, competitive analysis and China-related desk research
Prepare presentations and internal documents (PowerPoint, basic reports)
Support communication and coordination between Europe‑and China‑based teams
Assist with translations and bilingual support (Chinese–English; Spanish is a plus)
Support ongoing projects with operational, organizational and ad‑hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
Chinese nationality
Currently based in Madrid (mandatory)
Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Relations or related fields
Native Chinese and strong English skills (written and spoken)
Spanish is a plus but not required
Well organized, proactive and detail‑oriented
Comfortable working both remotely and occasionally in person
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Strong interest in China–Europe business, e-commerce and digital platforms
