ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.* Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff.* Implement point-of-sale (POS) strategies and promotional activities to boost product visibility.* Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams.* Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and competitor activity.* Ensure proper placement and visibility of products and promotional materials.* Report field activity, insights, and opportunities using CRM tools.* Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to align local execution with national campaigns.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or OTC sales, preferably in the pharmacy channel.* Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory.* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES:* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Customer-focused and commercially driven mi
