Job SummaryChaffee County seeks a Co-Response Clinician. In this field-based role, you’ll partner with law enforcement and first responders to provide crisis intervention, clinical assessment, de-escalation, and connections to community resources that promote safety and long-term stability. The qualified candidate will be a compassionate behavioral health professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to serving our community.This position works three 12-hour shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Thursday through Saturday.QualificationsMust have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field1+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health or crisis interventionBe CPR- and first-aid-certified,
or certifiable within 60 days of hireHave a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle recordBe able to pass a background checkEmployment DetailsThis is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position with a wage range of $33.65 to $38.46 for a licensed clinician, $28.85 to $33.65 for an unlicensed clinician, DOE.BenefitsBenefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, HDHP health savings account with County contribution, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, holidays and “birthday holiday,” EAP, retirement plan with County contribution, and wellness program incentives.Applications are accepted until July 10th, 2026.EOE.
