General Summary
The Fitness Sales Manager ensures a positive customer experience personally and through coaching supervision, delivers excellent member service and private training and supplement revenue, addresses member concerns and employee relations, oversees scheduling and time‑keeping, and consistently enforces company policies. The role requires 7‑day availability, including both morning and night shifts, and is responsible for attaining revenue goals for private training and supplements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sell and conduct private training and small group training with members.

Execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete staff sales through the turnover process.

Service introductory PT packages, build value, re‑sign clients on full programs, and hand them off to coaching staff.

Prospect members in person or digitally to generate complimentary appointments and sell personal training programs.

Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking,



and workout programs; arrive on time, prepared, and attentive.

Assist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.

Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.

Review daily club sales performance and employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President, and staff to identify issues and clarify required behaviors.

Administer company policies related to the sales process.

Independently schedule and manage client appointments, coordinate with clients to arrange sessions per availability, and maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records while making adjustments for changes or cancellations.

Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and revenue goals are met; conduct monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with coaches to review performance and operations.
