We're looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team's daily operations. This role is the backbone of the department: keeping partnerships, pipelines, materials, and market intelligence running smoothly so the BD leadership can focus on high-level strategy and deal-making. You'll also help manage the company's marketing and social media presence. It's a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to how business development works in a fast-growing biotech,



with real ownership over processes and projects from day one.

You should have:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a business development, sales support, marketing, or operations role, ideally within healthcare, life sciences or pharma.

Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple ongoing workstreams and deadlines.

Good research skills, with the ability to synthesize market/industry information into clear, actionable summaries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for producing polished commercial and marketing materials.

Comfort with social media management and basic content creation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Background in Life Sciences or related fields is a plus.
