What you'll do

Provide outstanding customer support to our Czech-speaking clients
Assist users via phone, email, and chat with efficiency and empathy
Troubleshoot product or service issues,

What you bring

Native-level Czech and good English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to relocate to Barcelona (well help you with that)
