Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible to provide brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay in The Hoxton Poblenou.
Job Description
What you’ll do…
You will ensure all our guests feel they are treated as individuals and will want to return.




Leading and motivating a team of high-energy people who genuinely care about guest experience, helping to set goals, coach performance, and create a positive, inclusive environment.
Assist the FOM monitoring departmental costs and support the management of expenses in line with budget guidelines.
Ensure that all hotel standard operating procedures are trained and adhered to, also pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve and enhance processes and procedures.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B; teams.
Be confident and knowledgeable in all health and safety procedures and support their consistent implementation.
Act as part of the hotel crisis and fire response teams, ensuring familiarity with all relevant procedures.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both guests and internal teams, helping to build strong relationships with suppliers and contracto
