About the role:

Which tasks can you expect?
- Participate in the implementation of payroll solutions for clients, covering both the technical aspects of the process—data migration, integrations with other business systems, web component development, and reporting.
- Work closely with the client to understand their specific needs and requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
- Configure and customize existing integration models with other internal systems.
- You will perform comprehensive testing to ensure the proper functioning of the implemented solutions and the accuracy of the data.

What do you have to offer?




- Technical academic background — degree in DAW, DAM, or ASIR, or a degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of Backend programming with Node.js, relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL), REST API development, JSON and web services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in configuring and customizing ERP solutions.
- You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Spanish and fluency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of Integrho is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of implementing payroll applications, time and attendance systems, and HCM systems is a plus.
