What will you do?

Build and onboard a portfolio of new business clients in the German market

Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and recommending tailored Google Ads solutions





Drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities and campaign upselling

Identify business opportunities and engage with high-potential companies

Manage a large portfolio of accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records

Build long-term client relationships through excellent customer service

Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising strategies

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Stay up to date with market trends and customer needs to provide strategic recommendations

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Candidate profile
Native-level (C2) German and a high level of English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; studies in Marketing or Communications are considered an advantage
Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising, ideally in a target-dri
