Your mission

Lead the technology, transformation, and AI strategy across Phoenix & Flag / Ofilingua, driving the evolution of our operations, processes, and client solutions.

You will work directly with leadership and across teams throughout the organization.

Your role will span the entire journey: identifying and prioritizing opportunities, designing solutions, validating them, and taking successful initiatives into production at scale.

What you will do

- Define and prioritize the company's Technology, Transformation & AI roadmap.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and redesign.
- Identify AI use cases with measurable impact on the business, operations, and clients.
- Design and lead solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and advanced automation.
- Integrate models, tools, and platforms through APIs.




- Build and validate prototypes and turn successful concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Design new workflows and architectures combining technology, data, and expert knowledge.
- Evaluate technologies, foundation models, platforms, partners, and vendors.
- Define metrics for quality, reliability, cost, productivity, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to create new services and capabilities for clients.
- Lead implementation and help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.
- Ensure that technology initiatives remain connected to clear business objectives.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with technical depth.

Your background may be in applied AI, software engineering, automation, digital transformation, product development, language technology, or another technology-driven field.

Experience in several of the following areas will be particularly valuable:

- Generative AI and foundation models.
- LLM integration through APIs.
- Python and automation.
- RAG architectures.
- AI agents and agentic systems.
- Workflow orchestration.
- Systems and platform integration.
- Data processing and pipelines.
- AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
- Technology product or solution development.




- Transformation program management.
- Language technology, localization, or NLP, particularly within the Ofilingua environment.

We are not looking for a specific collection of tools on your resume.

Technology changes too quickly for that.

We care much more about how you think, how you prioritize, and what you can take from an idea to production.

The challenge

We do not want to add AI to legacy processes and call it transformation.

We want to understand what is worth keeping, what should be improved, and what can be redesigned entirely.

That means challenging assumptions, experimenting, measuring results, and making decisions.

It also means exploring how technology can help us not only operate more effectively, but also create new capabilities, new products, and new sources of value for our clients.

We do not have all the answers.

That is exactly why we are looking for someone who wants to help build them.
