Almanac Barcelona Mission To support and assist the Sales team in a professional and proactive manner.

Tasks and responsibilities
- PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS.
- Support at industry trade shows (pre- show marketing and post- show follow- up).
- Manage customer databases and external communications.
- Support administrative tasks for the sales department.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for contracts with sales representatives.
- Securing and maintaining up- to- date databases.
- Prepare all the necessary documentation to be part of consortiums and programs aimed at projecting the hotel nationally and internationally.
- Participate in the process of creating newsletters to be sent monthly.
- Follow- up of the sales agenda.
- Actively collaborate with the hotel's sales actions.




- Contacting potential local clients via email and newsletter to keep them up to date with the hotel's news.
- Tripadvisor and El Tenedor account updates.
- Agency 360 report analysis, commercial research, communication to our sales partners.
- Prepare account report for sales manager.
- Review results in Lanyon.

Requisitos
- Student pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related field.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with PMS Opera.
- High level of English and Spanish. Catalan and other languages are a plus.
- Experience in other operational departments of the hotel is a plus.
