- Design organizational improvement proposals: role review, task redistribution, coverage across time slots, and work models adapted to the size and complexity of each clinic
- Document learnings and best practices to define common operating models
- Lead operational improvement pilots in clinics, supporting the local team through implementation and measuring the impact of changes
- Support the implementation of planning or workforce management tools

What are we looking for?

- At least 4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Operations Planning, Workforce Management, or Workforce Planning roles
- Prior experience working in companies with people-intensive operations, shift work, and demand variability. Experience in clinics, hospitality, or airports/airlines is especially valued
- Experience in process redesign, role definition, productivity improvement, shift planning, or the implementation of new ways of working
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine analysis with fieldwork (observing processes, asking questions, and understanding the day-to-day reality of clinic teams)
- A practical,

results-oriented approach to turning a diagnosis into a concrete action plan and supporting its implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with clinic teams
- Organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and results orientation
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced level (C1) of Spanish and English. French and/or German are a plus
- Availability to travel to our centers

What do we offer?

- Full-time position with flexible hours (flexibility in start and end times)
- Remote work up to 2 days a week
- Reduced summer hours during July and August
- Employee participation plan, which can reach the equivalent of up to one year's salary

- Medical insurance with special conditions (adaptable compensation with payroll discount), free gynecological check-up, and discounts on treatments for you and your family
- Access to the IVIRMA Benefits Club, with discounts at major brands
- Ongoing training so you can keep growing in your role
