In this role you will lead operations for a leading industrial company in Tarragona, driving efficient, safe, and profitable delivery across multiple projects. You will oversee resources, teams, and cross-functional activities with high autonomy, shaping project outcomes and continuous improvement. The position emphasizes leadership of up to ~50 people, strict regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with other departments.

This is a strategic, hands-on operational leadership role in a demanding engineering setting.

- Balance project requirements with available resources
- Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and performance targets
- Coordinate and support Project Managers and operational teams

- Manage the workshop for efficient daily operations
- Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment, tools and facilities

- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments
- Support management of claims, invoicing, and project financial close-out

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Engineering
- Experience in industrial, engineering or technical services environments
- Proven project management and team leadership experience
- Experience managing internal personnel, temporary workers and/or technical service teams xugodme
- Experience coordinating complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Advanced English for professional communication with international stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially planning and management tools
- Experience in high safety, quality, and regulatory environments is valued
