We are looking for two talented Operations Specialist to lead the operations of a wide range of clients. You are expected to perform a transversal role, translating new customers' needs into technical specifications, planning and delivering excellent services.

- Discerning the technical capabilities of the tools and the team and translating them to clients

Requirements

All About You

- Basic understanding of the music industry, including familiarity with key standards and organizations (e.g., CISAC, CMOs, etc.)
- +3 years experience in technical account management, project coordination, or client-support roles, preferably in technical or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Highly organized, multitasker, and with strong attention to detail
- Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Passion for listening, asking, understanding, and communicating
- Love for teamwork and learning
- Be comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbers in formats such as .csv and .xlsx




- Interest or basic familiarity with MongoDB and ability to use queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Business fluency in English is a must
- Language Specialization (One of the following):
- Profile A: Professional working proficiency in French
- Profile B: Professional working proficiency in Italian

- Based in Spain. Local candidates are preferred, but remote work arrangements may be considered.

Expectations

- Within 30 days: To understand the services and products your team is working on, the basic operations behind them and their technical pipelines.
- Within 60 days Assuming your assigned operational responsibilities, support our UGC Business Line and manage a straightforward delivery for a customer following the step-by-step preexisting guide
- Within 90 days Become an active contributor within the team, capable of improving our operational process based on previous experiences.
