RES is seeking a Training Specialist to standardise and enhance the training function across regions. You will design new training, adapt to integral and local needs, and manage e-learning platforms with Cornerstone, Articulate Storyline, and other tools.
Collaborating with O&M;, AM, HSQE, and Engineering teams, you will ensure consistent, measurable programmes that improve safety and quality while driving employee engagement and capability development.
