Responsibilities - Provide generalist support to the team across multiple areas (business, e-commerce, operations and coordination) - Assist in market research, competitive analysis and China-related desk research - Prepare presentations and internal documents (PowerPoint, basic reports) - Support communication and coordination between Europe‑and China‑based teams - Assist with translations and bilingual support (Chinese–English; Spanish is a plus) - Support ongoing projects with operational, organizational and ad‑hoc tasks as needed Requirements - Chinese nationality - Currently based in Madrid (mandatory) - Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Relations or related fields - Native Chinese and strong English skills (written and spoken) - Spanish is a plus but not required - Well organized, proactive and detail‑oriented - Comfortable working both remotely and occasionally in person - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities - Strong interest in China–Europe business, e-commerce and digital platforms
