Mondia is looking for a Head of Games to lead our mobile gaming business end to end — from strategy and product to partnerships and P&L.; If you love building gaming portfolios that players actually stick with, and you're already using AI to move faster across build, delivery and UX, we want to talk to you.

What you'll own

- Set the integral gaming strategy and roadmap — casual, mid-core, cloud gaming, and beyond

- Own the end-to-end gaming portfolio: design, build, launch, scale, optimise

- Drive the gaming P&L;, with real ownership of revenue, margin and monetisation (IAP, subscriptions, ads, and more)

- Build strategic partnerships with game studios and publishers to fuel content and growth





- Lead and grow a high-performing product team

What you bring

- 7+ years in mobile gaming apps, PWAs, web, casual and ad-based revenue models
- A track record of taking gaming products from idea to scaled, profitable reality
- Real P&L; ownership and a strong commercial track record
- Hands-on experience using AI across gaming build, delivery, UX and beyond
- Experience negotiating with major game developers and publishers
- Exposure to Europe, Middle East & Africa markets
