Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage premium payments within agreed terms and drive collections to support cash flow. You will handle credit control processes, analyse aged debt, and reconcile balances, working closely with brokers and underwriters. You will monitor payments, address inquiries, and maintain accurate data and KPIs. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Produce and analyse aged debtor reports and credit balances
• Chase, resolve, negotiate and reconcile aged credit accounts with brokers
• Escalate and liaise with underwriters to resolve accounting queries
• Monitor payments (cheque, BACS, credit card) and ensure accurate data input
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage allocated mail




• Maintain and update KPIs to reflect team performance
• Document processes and financial judgments clearly
• Schedule and manage review meetings with management
• Ensure timely processing to forward due funds without delays

Responsabilidades
• Experience or knowledge of the end-to-end receivables process
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in engaging with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• MS Excel (intermediate desirable)
