At Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project for a financial services client in Barcelona .
The role follows a hybrid model (2 days remote).
Understand and identify business needs, establishing effective communication and collaboration channels with key internal stakeholders.
Translate needs into clear functional specifications: user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria .
Prepare the test plan / test cases and support the testing team during execution, including UAT and functional validations.
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
~ Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
~ French and Spanish fluent.
