Factorial is seeking a People Ops Specialist – Health & Safety to own the Barcelona office and help maintain compliance across Spain and Mexico. You will partner with external prevention services, labor advisors, and integral People Ops teams to keep workplaces safe and processes aligned.
You’ll manage health and safety programs, incident tracking, labor law compliance, and the Equality Plan, while supporting onboarding, documentation, and cross-country collaboration.
