As an International Mobility Specialist, you will be part of the HR Operations team, managing the end-to-end international mobility experience for assignees and ensuring compliant, well-coordinated relocations across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in supporting the organisation's global workforce strategy by keeping international moves smooth, compliant, and cost-effective.

What The Role Involves
Assignment Management
Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, long-term postings, permanent transfers, and remote work arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact for assignees throughout their relocation journey, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate with immigration vendors, tax advisers, and relocation service providers to deliver timely, compliant support
Prepare and maintain offer letters, cost projections, and reviews in partnership with the Rewards team
Compliance & Policy
Ensure compliance with immigration requirements across all operating countries, including work permit and visa applications
Monitor regulatory changes affecting cross-border employment and update internal processes accordingly
Support the development and continuous improvement of integral mobility policies and frameworks
Maintain accurate records of assignees, immigration statuses, and compliance documentation in Workday
